The sporty women’s Mutant is a very stable and versatile trail running shoe that is perfect for mountain runs, skyraces, and off-road trails on a variety of terrain.
The ultra grippy sole allows the shoe to cope with slippery surfaces and maintain grip on soft and muddy terrain thanks to its pronounced lugs. The SpyralTongue™ closure system combines the quick donning advantages of a traditional tongue construction with the protective advantages of a gaiter construction, preventing stones and mud from entering during the run. The lacing system is integrated with the structure of the toamia thanks to FusionGate™ technology with high-frequency reinforcements applied by fusion: this solution makes it possible to adjust the volumes and the level of adherence of the shoe to the foot for a precise and stable ride, even on traverses.
