Shipping costs are charged according to the country of destination, according to the table below.

At the moment there are no shipments to other countries for direct purchases on our website. However, it is possible to request a custom quote for different shipments by writing to [email protected].

All purchases made with payment by cash on delivery provide an extra charge of € 3 whatever the amount of the order itself.

In proportion to the amount of work, the actual availability of products and payment methods chosen by the buyer, we try to process all orders received in the shortest time possible.

In standard conditions, orders placed before 12.00 am on working days are shipped the same day. Orders with payment by bank transfer are processed on the day of correct verification collection or the following day.

At the time of shipment Desport SRL will send a communication of completed order.

All shipments are made by express couriers, Desport SRL will send to the customer communications with the tracking of the shipment.

These communications are purely informative and not binding in any way because they are subject to change, including variables not directly attributable to the carrier.

The average times of delivery by the courier expressed in the table above may vary depending on the area of destination of the goods.

Returns and Replacement

Return requests must be submitted through a dedicated portal. You can be directed to the portal by clicking here.

In order to request the return of the goods, the customer will be asked for the postal code and the shipping number/order number.

The consumer may return the goods only upon authorization by Desport SRL.  Once the authorization is obtained, the Consumer must pack the goods in their original packaging and deliver the package to the selected pick-up point. A size exchange or refund will be applicable according to the following conditions:

  • The product has been stored, handled and inspected with normal diligence and must be returned intact, complete in all its parts, fully functional, accompanied by all accessories and instruction sheets, with identification tags, labels and disposable seal, where present, still attached to the product and intact and not tampered with, as well as perfectly suitable for its intended use and without signs of wear or dirt.
  • The return, also applies to the product in its entirety. The return can not therefore be exercised in relation to parts and / or accessories of the product. In the event that the serial code of the product is included on the package, it is part of the product and, consequently, the product must be returned in its original packaging, which must be placed in an additional packaging, not being able to affix any other label or tape on the same.
  • The material must be returned in its original packaging and intact which must be placed in an additional packaging, not being able to affix any other label or tape on the same.
  • The returned material must be accompanied by a document indicating the number and date of the invoice for the product.
  • Garmin devices must not have been turned on and registered on Garmin servers (Garmin Connect, Garmin Express, etc.).

Depending on the availability of the warehouse Desport SRL will give approval to change size or in case of lack of availability will propose an alternative solution deemed appropriate for price and technical characteristics.

The customer must deliver the package to the point of withdrawal selected after affixing the label, packed in the original packaging.

Upon receipt of the return and verified the integrity of the package, including packaging, Desport SRL will ship the requested item or issue a refund.

For each order the customer is entitled to only one size change.

The size change involves the forfeiture of the right of withdrawal by the customer.
