The Bushido II GTX for women is the GORE-TEX invisible fit membrane version of the classic Bushido Mountain Running model. Dedicated to the world of skyraces and designed for use in the winter months, it is super light, grippy, aggressive and is designed to guarantee perfect stability on all types of off-road terrain. Thanks to the STB Control construction, the TPU skeleton placed laterally on the upper wraps around the midsole, stabilising the shoe. This solution provides a more snug fit and greater overall stability thanks to the synergic work of the upper and midsole, as well as lightening the product, avoiding the insertion of heavy stabiliser inserts in the central part of the shoe. The FriXion Red bi-compound sole features differentiated support surfaces: the rounded shape of the outer lugs, which rise laterally to touch the midsole, creates a gradual support angle with the ground while maintaining stability even in cases of extreme foot twisting. This allows you to run safely even on the most technical terrain in the presence of roots, stones and branches. Maximum support and wrapping on the medial part of the foot, freedom of movement and comfort in the toe box. The result is a shoe that in pure La Sportiva style offers new solutions to the demands of the most demanding runners, rewriting the rules of the game with a construction never before seen in trail running footwear.

EVA – COMPRESSION:
Standard compression EVA midsoles provide good durability and responsiveness on soft terrain, where the level of cushioning required is lower.

The models in the Mountain Running® line adopt the exclusive La Sportiva by OrthoLite® Hybrid eco-friendly insoles, made using 20% recycled materials derived from the manufacturing cycle. These insoles are designed for both men’s and women’s feet and adopt different thicknesses and materials in relation to the average weight of the user.

– Eco-Friendly and washable: they contain recycled rubber and can be machine washed.
– Maximum wearing comfort thanks to footbed ventilation and highly breathable PU foam cells for an always dry foot and perfect climatic comfort.
– They favour the elimination of sweat while keeping the foot dry.
– High durability thanks to a technology that avoids excessive crushing of the material: compression over time is less than 5%.

Medium sole:
Shoes for feet with an ‘average’ conformation with a neutral sole that is neither too narrow nor too wide. Suitable for feet with a wide sole but also for feet with a narrow sole.

Innovative system applied to the sole which absorbs impact, helps in traction and holds during braking.
Conceived and developed by La Sportiva’s Research and Development Centre, it offers real advantages during running by reducing negative impact with the ground. The particular arrangement of the tread blocks ensures that some of them come into contact with the ground first, softening the tread’s contact.
