CORDURA® Nylon fabric (79 g/m2) with double-ripstop construction and water-repellent treatment. Very light and compact, with high mechanical resistance. Coated on the reverse side with a special polyurethane coating that is waterproof (7,000 mm water column), breathable (7,000 g/sqm/24h) and windproof. It does not absorb water and dries quickly, even after multiple washes. CORDURA® products are made from high-tech textured Polyamide 6.6 High Tenacity to guarantee maximum strength and durability, lightness and ease of maintenance. Even the lightest Cordura® fabric offers twice the abrasion resistance of a normal air-textured nylon fabric. ANTIUV: UPF50+.

POLARTEC® ALPHA® DIRECT (139 g/m2) is an evolution of the original Alpha® technology that eliminates the need for a direct contact liner. By refining the shape and size of its bulky fibres, Alpha® Direct can be directly in contact with the skin or other fabric layers. This new design capability increases breathability and further reduces the overall weight of the garment.

PERTEX® QUANTUM (36 g/m2): garments made of PERTEX QUANTUM® have the best weight/mechanical performance ratio. This ultralight product is as soft as silk, extremely compressible, with excellent wear resistance and protection from external moisture, wind and rain: the fabric does not get soggy, dries quickly thanks to the specific DWR water-repellent treatment that gives the product long performance, even after multiple washes. Comfortemp®: Ultralight (60 g/sqm) polyester wadding designed to offer thermal insulation, maximum lightness and freedom of movement. The special construction prevents fibres from escaping from the fabric and can be washed easily. This innovative insulation combines the advantages of down and wadding fillings in a quality that has never before been achieved. This thermal insulation is superior to conventional padding while being as light and soft as down. Comfortemp® is an innovative alternative to down, ensures excellent breathability and maintains a uniform structure even after washing, ensuring no cold spots.
